So everyone knows this company is IN CHINA, they make it look like they are domestic and located in the U.S. , but they are not. Things are impossible to return... over $120 to send one item back. Just so you know.

Ordered a MATCHING mother daughter outfit and was very disappointed in it. Received one black stripe dress and one navy stripe dress. Cheap fabric was not the same stripe either. When I asked to return the items I was told I would have to pay the shipping cost. It was $27 to return items to China. I am just donating them to Goodwill as I didn't feel confident that they would actually refund my purchase. I would not recommend this company.

So far I'm still waiting for My product being shipped express. After reading these reviews I became very worried and started to reach out to the company. I have come to realize that they answer and respond after 10:30 our time I have emailed them several times and each time I have gotten response. I now also have a actual tracking number that shows where my package is... I will do a updated review once I receive me and my daughters matching dresses

Scam company don’t order from them. The items are coming from China and you will be given a tracking number that will never show any information. Customer service will continue processing and make excuses. Over one month and still no products.

Never again. Shipped out on THE DAY I needed the package, 3 weeks after I ordered it. Promised to expedite shipping and didn't. I don't think I am going to even receive my package either. 100% a scam site. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! GO TO PATPAT, I wish I had!!!

Still waiting for a refund for items that were returned two months ago. I was lied to 3 times in the past 2 weeks about getting the refund, in the end they just said to give it a few more days. The item sizes on website were inaccurate, nothing I received would fit so I had to return everything. This place is a total scam, it is the first and last time doing business with them, I would give them zero star if I could. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

I don’t want to give them any star but I could not because without giving them any star there is no way to write comment . So had to give them one star . They site is fake , they send shipment after so long and they product quality is so so so bad but price is not that chip . And I wanted to return , they did not respond .. so please do not buy any product from them .. it’s a request.. don’t buy anything from them.

I only gave one star because none wasnt an option. Theres really not much to say except this company is a SCAM and I urge you to look at all the reviews before purchasing. Your money will be stolen and you will never receive any merchandise.

Don’t trust them. They will send you whatever size they have in stock and then will try to prove you wrong in the email queries. Poor customer service. Please don’t trust them and buy anything from them. Ban this website.

Please don't purchase anything from here. They'd never deliver your package. They don't respond to you properly either.

Tip: Dispute the charges if you bought anything from them through credit card. Even if you'd purchased it
long back, call the credit card company, that way they'll help you get your money back from these fraudsters!!

I order I may 8 2020 and still haven't received it. I contacted them several time . They told me they were having issues and needed more time . They are refusing a full refund . It was a 49.95 order and are only willing to refund 15.00 . Because they had fees and shipping costs .

Don't use!! Terrible company. Send wrong sizes and refuse to refund or send accurate sizes tried to charge me shipping and time to send the return. Will never use again.

Ordered at the beginning of august. My order still has not arrived. I've contacted the company for a refund today as I spent a lot and no longer need the clothes due to possible fit issues ( baby has grown).

I've placed my order in May, the "package " was shipped in June 1, 2020 with a tracking number. However after two weeks or so, I checked the tracking. The tracking number doesn't show any updates, so I contacted the customer service. They assured that my package is on the way just need a little more time to update due to covid. Waited, contacted the customer service agian and agian : same answers. No luck with refund, still waiting for the "package" to "update" even three months passed. So you be the judge whether you should order from "honeykiddy". As I'm writing this review, I was block on its Facebook page when I gave my experience to the people who was asking for "How long would it take to shipped to USA, or whether it's a legit". It's a scam.
