Easy to determine type of bra best for me
The company made it easy to decide which bra I wanted, however I had to go to another bra’s website to determine my correct size and how to measure for it. The sizing help screen asked for the band size in inches without telling you where to measure and it asked for the bust size in A, B, C…???

Overall good, I appreciate the fit guide as so many companies are just all over the place with their sizing. I'd recommend freezing the top bar where the shopping cart is. Also, in the shopping cart it would be nice to amend an order without deleting an item and starting over.

It was easy to find what I wanted. At check out it was a little less easy. Having extra items pop up, as an option to purchase more, was a little annoying. I eventually got past it and made my purchase.

Very Disappointing
Ordered my size according to their sizes but the bras were too big and loose. Delivery took over two weeks and then found it very difficult to organise a return too. Had to email customer support who kept giving me links which were invalid and when I finally got to create a returns request, it wouldn't let me put both items on one return and are charging me 2 shipping costs, even though both are going in one package! Plus, I don't understand why honeylove are charging for return shipping, when its me thats having to pay for it? It sounds like a money making process at the customers expense and maybe they shouldn't ship internationally at all. Am extremely disappointed with the whole process and items. Will not be re ordering again.

Unintentionally ordered a second bra in a size not even close to my size. It just popped up and I thought I skipped it. When I went to check out, I couldn't delete it. It will get returned. I'll be even more unhappy if I have to pay a fee to return it. Not a good way to start a business relationship.

I wanted more information on the options for bras. The chart was helpful, but at my age, I have some specific "issue" that I wanted to address. I see constant ads that say the crossover is the best for mature boobs - definitely my concern, but the site didn't specify that or give more information on that. My first order went through without my confirmation and not knowing it did I reordered the same thing and used the first time order gift code ... when trying to cancel the first order .... the chat bot was only able to multiple times to cancel the order I wanted .. asked for my email multiple times causing extreme irritation. Eventually they gave me a human chat and everything was fine and the correct order was cancelled . But seriously I wanted to cancel my whole order due to the chat bot and NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND GIVE YOU A TERRIBLE RATING ... Lose the chat bot !
