Great customer service, if a little slow
I placed my order, got free shipping, and it showed up delivered inside of 4 days. Unfortunately, this initial delivery was not the item I ordered. I hit up the support email as soon as I got to it, but it took longer to get any replies than that original delivery. Further, it took a couple similarly slow emails, but in the end, they sent my proper order on them.
Product was just what I expected. All said and done, no complaints from me. It wasn't like I was in a hurry to get it. But maybe if you're getting someone a gift, plan ahead a bit.

Customer service was amazing worked out issues and over compensated for issues
Customer service was amazing. I’ve been ordering from them for years as well as my friends have been ordering for me for years and the products always seem to work pretty well and whenever I have an issue, they always resolve the issue and overcompensate I like honey playback, and I’m always satisfied overly satisfied if you get what I mean.
