The customer service is great. Fast responses. Had a toy that failed, contacted customer service. Asked to send pictures and videos of failed item. They were very helpful and courteous.

I never received my $200+ order!!!
I never received my $200+ order and they denied my claim and were unwilling to ship out a replacement. Don’t waste your money or energy looking at the reviews of people who actually got their shipments the toys work once before they die or they are terrible quality
