graphics and stories are great but the payment was a pain in the ass. paid for 1 week which i presumed was a one-time thing because there was NOTHING that specified that it was going to be an auto-renewal subscription. very deceiving. requested for a refund and they refused to do because of their policies despite already saying that there was no indication for an auto-renewal. extremely distasteful!

It's against federal law to gain people finances through misleading and deceptive practices.
How could it be against your refund policy to refund a person back their money for products and services they never received???

The videos in these stories rarely ever update. I've paid for the premium and the ultra. Get this, the thumbnails were fake. Thumbnails were only for you to purchase the video. This site is a complete scam.
The most dangerous part is they have our personal and financial information.

Honestly I’m not sure what I’m rating but if it’s the rating for support it’s terrible. My card is being charged every day about a service I’m no longer using , I’ve reached out VIA EMAIL too honeytoon.com on the dates of 05/29/26 about cancellation and TODAY 06/12/26 about a REFUND. I have yet to get any type of email back or anything. IM VERY UPSET about this matter, sending emails is not WORKING, a phone number for support is needed to better assist customers. If I have to recommend the website I would highly recommend to not get a subscription with you all. Thank you good day.
