First of all Hoobuy have very poor customer service, they reply to you like they are AI or just they dont understand English. "Yes we will refund your money to PayPal" That's not true... they will refund the money to your orginal payment. so i ordered like 4 packs from hoobuy to Poland, my first pack was good but they were busy all the time and back in these days you could see they really tried to be best agents, my second pack was really good, like it was the best of all, delivery time 9 days buy time 1h> and it was 4kg as well+i payed very low fee for 4kg (around 30-40$) my third package umm... not the best... high shipping fee, but buying time etc was good. my last package was just 2 tees and i payed for this ahh lame shipping 40$? are u kidding me? hoo points? scam asf i paid for the shipping coupon (shipping was 120pln and the minimal was 111pln) i couldn't use it becuse i didn't have 111+ pln package like what? i wait for the 2 days for status "the data is provided electronically". last one opinion is about accuracy on package status... like??? what do you mean saying 11-10 or package sended, to where? so yeah hoobuy was for me good experience and bad experience at the end

But at least hoobuy know how to do good QC, Packing (not resheal) etc. the payment system is simple - without any hooks etc.
Reasheal is not that good but it helping...
promotions is very good and too without any hooks witch they not tell you, so without customer service , shipping price and your parcel status is best agent right now.

I don't recommend hoobuy if u want cheap shipping but if u can pay extra 10-20$ for shipping and get top QC packings etc it's simple, choose hoobuy if not choose acbuy or other good agents.

I bought several times and the quality is very good

I like everything about hoobuy, it's a little slow but the quality of products are amazing.

The seller was moving mad I waited 12 days and he ended up canceling my order. Getting rid of my 50% coupon and that meant my promotional shoe that I got with it wouldn’t ship on time, as It only had 3 days In warehouse left. So I contacted Hoobuy and they gave me back my 50% coupon and extended the warehouse duration of the offer. Overall a frustrated experience made bare able by Hoobuy especially Shirley who helped me via discord 1-1.
