Excellent customer service, such a quick turnaround. My financial adviser helped me get a mortgage in 4 days after being messed around for 9 weeks by 2 other banks / mortgage advisers. These guys honestly cant do enough for you and I wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future. Honest sound advice!

I was absolutely delighted with the service I received. The process was very well thought out and clear. It certainly beat the traditional method. I would definitely use again and will be telling my friends and family!

I could not be more impressed with Hoocht. I have made mortgage applications in the past with other companies and it is such a laborious process. Things were processed and completed in no time at all.

Part of me was a little concerned with it being web-based, but actually I’m really glad I went ahead because it works so well. It’s such a good blend of technology and the personal touch, which you don’t often get with many other web-based things. It just shouldn’t take as long as it does with other companies.

My advisor was prompt, courteous, warm and really knew what he was talking about. He presented a range of options for me based on my circumstances. The advisor also helped me weigh up the pros and cons of some of the options, which was great as I have had negative experiences of people on the high street being quite robotic and unhelpful.

If you don’t want to faff about on the high street and make a whole day of it, I would 100% recommend Hoocht to anyone and will use them again on any future mortgages.
