Unbelievable I am still waiting for my refund off them from when Thomas Cook went into liquidation 18 months now. Customer service is zilch keep being told we will contact you when it comes through!!!
Austin never returns calls or emails and when he does it is very curt. Would not recommend them, steer clear!!

I only gave this company a 1 star because I could not write a review without giving a star rating. I have had nothing buy trouble with this company since booking my holiday, once the company has taken your money that is it they are done with you and longer wish to talk to you. I have spoken to many members of staff at this company and they are all rude, they talk over you and raise their voices at you, I have even had members of staff put the phone down on me and not to mention the manager does not like to return your calls even when you leave them numerous voice mails. My advice stay away unless you are prepared to have a fight on your hands and your holiday ruined. If you do book with this company ask lots of questions first especially about their terms and conditions as they do not stick to them and they do not take complaints either. I will give you a bit of background, so I was going on holiday with my sister and her partner (who is in the army) about a week after we had paid for the holiday we found out my sisters partner was being deployed away. I phoned the company to explain the situation as my friend had said she will go in his place if we can change the ticket. I looked at the Companies terms and conditions which states if a person is unable to go that the holiday can be transferred to another person subject to fees ( well we all know companies like to charge people extra) which was fine by us. I contacted the company and they told me this is not their policy, after reading their own t&c's out to them they flatly refused to help me, I asked on numerous occasions to speak to the manager. I did eventually get the managers number but again I came to a brick wall. I also looked at the cancellation policy which stated I could get a refund of 40% if before 27 days of me going on holiday according to their t&c's again I was told this is not true. I will never be using this company again.
