Item ordered was xl, because I planned to use it for traveling, but it is far to small more an evening bag size. Tried to look at returning but trying to navigate the site and all the pop ups was a nightmare. The design is great but the size is hopeless.

Discontinuing Membership
I was charged for a not so big amount for something I didn't know and says I ordered with a confirmation and shipping updates. At first, it was just fine with me since as I said it wasn't that really a big amount. Okay I would be honest to tell it was just like 10 bucks, so it was fine.
But then after really thinking what did I really ordered for that amount. I cannot think of anything. seriously. So I went searching on all my emails and found out it was like for a membership club fee.
But I didn't signed up for membership.
I emailed right away to let them know that I didn't intend to be a member. I just got fascinated with cute items Hooded Heroes has. It was really of good item and quality. I know because I had ordered 2 items already. I do not know what happened but I never really signed up for membership. So I emailed Hooded Heroes to tell them I didn't signed up. If they could just stop the said membership.
To my surprise, they emailed me back, explained everything and helped me stop the membership. I was so impressed with quick service and resolving my issue. Kudos to Hooded Heroes Company, I salute.

Such a disappointment.
Such a disappointment!!! I question whether they actually donate anything toward mental health or if its a selling pitch. The company tries to say they are based in the US but my shipping came from China. The quality of the products are equivalent to those of shein or temu. The sweatshirts are the fake polyester material, the graphics are faded, off color. Everything was squished into 1 shipping bag so my hat is all bent and crushed up, cant even wear it, my bag was smooshed and disfigured. Beyond the quality the customer service was interesting to navigate, getting multiple answers that contradicted themselves. I ordered June 2nd and didn't receive my package until the 30th of June.
Just find a different place to purchase your mental health merch from, this is definitely not worth it!
