I ordered a simple item which could…

I ordered a simple item which could have been posted in a small jiffybag. After three weeks and two emails and a message via the website contact form, nothing. Then all of a sudden, a refund and reply, which I quote here:"hello im really sorry it took so long to respond our website is not often manned as we cannot access it via phones/ipad, i have now refunded you thankyou for being patient" I didn't ask for a refund, I needed the sink plug seal!!! Hoodmania need to delete their website completely for taking orders if they don't look at it.

Appalling Service

I purchased a hob seal from this company. two weeks later nothing recieved, nothing dispatched. Communication is appalling, it via Messenger and they only sometimes reply.
Avoid!! They also sell through Amazon so take care.
