I was given a refund but will not be ordering from them again.

To be clear, we initiated this refund ourselves immediately—without you asking for it—to ensure you were not out of pocket while we were off sick and unable to get a shipping date from the supplier.
We also must correct the record regarding 'no updates.' We messaged you on December 3rd stating: 'I'll contact you once Tricklenet confirm they are posted... I have contacted them.'
We understand you were frustrated by the delay, but we ensured you were made whole immediately on our own initiative. We wish you the best.

Endurance Gaiters
I found the quality of the Gaiters priced at over 50 euro to be of the absolute lowest. When they arrived I could not believe how flimsy the materiel was. I was expecting far more for the price.

Flex boots are super
Phillippa was excellent to deal with. She came to measure my horse and then did the fitting when they arrived. So glad I got my Flex boots as it saves having to shoe my young horse and I can now take him hacking and not wear his feet down.
