Slick website but is it for real?

I phoned the number and after giving my contact details was told that I would be contacted that same day. It seems legitimate at first glance and the number is a local one but now I'm wondering if it isn't just a data collection agency ( they new my name as soon as I had phoned just from my mobile number. )
I phoned again the following week as I hadn't heard anything and was assured I would be contacted shortly.
Three weeks later I still haven't been contacted by this company BUT I have received a suspiciously large number of spam e-mails from various other dubious web sites intsead.
