The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
This company's customer service is awful. Impressed by their product, I signed up for a subscription (despite issues receiving my first order before I did this). The first payment was taken and, not too long afterwards, I received my first order. So far, so good.
Then, in October, they took payment for my second delivery, with the promise, "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent".
Three weeks passed and nothing, so I wrote to ask when I might expect my order. I received no response.
It's now the middle of December and I still haven't received the product I've paid for. As I follow the company on Facebook I tried contacting them through Messenger - again no response (though I can see they have read my messages).
I left a review, hoping it might provoke something. All I got was an automated response to say my subscription has been cancelled. Still not apology, no update on the order I've already paid for - nothing.
