Brought a reconditioned scooter from Hookies, I phoned first as wanted to ask about grade B, he was very helpful, I Brought then online easy to do, ordered on the Monday delivery was Wednesday (brilliant). Came, I was more than impressed with scooter, better than what I thought.

Delivery service was absolutely terrible but the scooter has been fine so far

My thanks to Craig and the team at Hookies. My scooter had developed a code 42 fault which could have been caused by several things. After contacting by email Craig got back straight away. No quibbling or trying to dodge getting a repair done. Courier arrived and collected next day (at no cost to me) was back in two days (again at no cost to me) was like a new scooter. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They now have a customer who will definitely be placing orders again.

Good service. This is my second scooter from Hookies. First time around was exceptional. The scooter broke, and they sent what I needed to repair it instantly. Would not buy from anywhere else.

Quick delivery, got it a couple of days after I ordered it from the hookies website. Quality scooter.

Told them to wait 1 mins couldn’t find my key and they walked of and put at back door couldn’t even wait a few seconds but apart from that the scooter was reallly good would recommend

Ordered a week ago no issue ordering it but dx are shocking delivery wise said it would be received on Wednesday and still awaiting delivery hopefully it won't be much longer bit everytime we try to ring dx there is no answer I would use another courier in future

Quick to order and delivered really quickly. Product in great condition, have taken it out for a quick test drive and works brilliantly.

Fantastic bike could do with some accessories to add like front indicators and rear view mirrors

Ordered and received within 24hours , excellent.said refurbished but when it came it was brand new never used.

Sent scooter back for repair. Came back exactly the same as it went in. This has now made me lose £160 as they wont refund me and im left with a scooter that doesn't even work!! Absolute jokers!!!

Placed the order no problems emailed a question got reply within few hours and delivered about 3 days after purchase
