BOGUS, BEWARE: This company is an online exercise type…
BEWARE of this billing SCAM! This company is an online exercise type program, which I logged into just to see what it was. After doing that, I got tangled into a initial charge which was supposedly a trial. AFTER THAT, the hook was into your account! Without any use of the program, and without any information about future payment deductions, I am now out another $79.99. I emailed them immediately when my checking account showed a pending charge, and emailed the company promptly. THEY refused to reverse this second charge since they claim I did not CANCEL this. WHICH is false, I did cancel and did not authorize any future charges. IF you notice, this review site is full of negative reviews, so BEWARE of them. They also have no customer service phone number to call. Only an email which twists the facts and refuses any credit for unused services! I will try to send a dispute to my bank, and hope they will reverse this bogus charge. I would give them a negative star if I could!!!!!
Fraudulent - Scamming Clients of their payments
B4 people join they should know that HOOLA is not ethical when it comes to receiving payments. They do not clearly mention to the client about auto debit options which take place every month w/o intimating or taking authorisation fm the client. It is written somewhere in their long list of terms and conds and when u bring it up they just mention it’s mentioned in our terms n conds which very many clients don’t go through at all. Secondly in the following month even if u hv just paid for a months membership and the correct thing to do is just auto renew for a month which is $29, what they do which is so unethical is that they auto debit an amt of $79 w/o your approval as they hv all ur card details with them which is much more than 3 months membership ($59) so that the client even if he/ she decides to stop tbeir membership they hv already recovered nxt 3 months w/o the clients intimation which is like cheating the customer. Also they do not reply back to your emails even if u inquire with them quite a few times as to why they did that…. On top of that they also debit an extra $20 over & above the $59 and they do not reply back to you as to why they hv done that. So they fraudulently do this with u since they hv your credit card details and even though u want to discontinue their services they hv already charged u w/o u knowing an advance 3 months + an additional $20 which they don’t tell u about and I’m still not aware of. So in my case I only wanted to try out for 1 month in which I paid them the only 1 months membership and I was never intimated by HOOLA that they will be doing an auto renewal w/o even sending us a reminder like how it’s normally done by other cos. Only when I suddenly recd a msg fm my bank that $79 has been debited by HOOLA did I contact them and all they said was “it’s in our terms and conditions”. So instead of me closing my membership after the first month I’m compelled to be stuck with HOOLA as they hv debited not just one month but 3 months of membership fees (bcoz they just felt like it) and an additional $20 they haven’t given me a reason till date why ? I feel this is actually cheating clients and trapping them in their memberships even though they want to opt out… but they can’t as HOOLA has already debited the nxt 3 months w/o intimating them. This is utterly unethical, and fraudulent behaviour on Hoola’s part. Its been 2 weeks and I’m still awaiting HOOLA’s reply as to why 3 months subscription was auto debited when I had only applied for a months membership & also why did they debit another additional $20 over & above that… but so far no replies whatsoever. PLS BE CAREFUL B4 U SUBSCRIBE TO HOOLA BCOZ IM SURE VERY MANY PEOPLE HV BEEN CHEATED IN THE SAME MANNER BY THEM.
Total SCAM take money from your account…
Total SCAM take money from your account then try to hide behind some obscure T&C s phishing scam be ware
SCAM!!! WALK AWAY NOW!!!
SCAM!!!
They trick you and charge your card for upgraded programs that you didn’t even subscribe to. They charge your card days before renewal date so that you don’t get the chance to cancel your subscription before the actual renewal date. They don’t refund your money under very dodgy policies and pretexts. You can’t cancel your subscription on the App, you have to send them an email and wait for someone to do it for you.
They should be banned to have access to the public. They should be sued and shut down. The owners and operators of the company must be held accountable and ordered to refund all scammed money to the victims. Shame!
Hoola.com are scammers
Hoola.com are scammers. I do not remember signing up and first they about £2 , the next £19.99 then boom they to £79 without my approval. Their support team does not respond to emails. They are very dodgy, best stay far away from them

Scam...Scam...
Initially I subscribed to them for trial. But, they are trying to deduct the money from my Debit Card again and again. For now, I have blocked my card. There is no option to completely delete my hoola account. The option they have is to drop them an email, on which you won't get any response even after days have passed. Beware of this fake money making site...

This is a phishing site and I fell for it. I bought the promo at $29 for the 12-week program and then 3 weeks later they charged me $114 and will not respond to my emails.
Beware! Its a scam!
Beware! Its a Phishing website. They will show you some offer and suddenly the amount will be deducted twice from your credit card. After few months, a much bigger amount will be deducted without any intimation whatsoever. Also no option to cancel your subscription through their website. Complete scam. Please create awareness about these fraudsters.
Not recommended at all
What you see on instagram is not what they provide!!
What a scam
What a scam! Signed upto a €19.99 trial, they billed me €79.99 last night with no notice, when I contacted them today they are saying they do not refund subscription (no way to cancel on their website) Avoid this company
Scammers took 50 $ with out my consent
Scammers took 50 $ with out my consent. Fraudulent financial transcation. Equal to hacker behaviour.
Scam
Scam! When signing up to a test no confirmation was ever send nor an email with how to cancel or a reminder that a subscription is due! When raising this issue with the company 2 days after they charged my account with an £80 subscription fee I was simply told tough it’s our terms. I hardly used the app which they can clearly see.
It is also completely unacceptable that you have to email someone in order to cancel a subscription rather than being able to manage this via the app.
Poor service all around. Don’t use these guys there are way better apps that aren’t sneaky around their subscriptions, costs and terms.
Good but very limited options
I was not informed in anyway how to use…
I was not informed in anyway how to use the app. I have not started the program because of this. I start my first day tomorrow
Very stupid app
Very stupid app, even there in nothing, what is my plan, how to start, fasting for what. Seem totally fake
Great service and great support
The price is reasonable and comparable to other gym subscriptions. Yet, there is plenty of training, and you can complete it at your own pace with sound guidance from Hoola. Nonetheless, I have experienced some technical issues with my phone because the videos did not run, and the screen went black. Their team solved it in a matter of a few hours. Fantastic!
Quick and kind service
Thank you for prompt and professional and kind assistance of hoola customer support. Highly valuate.
