After having seen some advertisment I have ordered some shirts. Deliver went well, but was all packed in plastic and smelling bad. I decided to return back as the quality was also bad.
Based on RMA Number I made the return, which as also confirmed...No refund has been made this almost 6 weeks! contacted by mail....bad service and unprofessional!

Clothes arrive dirty and the return was impossible. Pictures look good but state clear as the quality is bad!

After reading a few positive reviews I decided to order from their website, I found 8 shirts I liked and decided to order all to justify the shipping costs. I never received my package and have been in contact with customer service many times now, and they only keep giving vague answers like "please check with your neighbor if they have accepted the package for you. Hope you receive it soon." It's been two months since it should've been delivered. It's obviously not going to turn up out of the blue now. They absolutely refuse to help whatsoever and take no responsibility! So now I'm out $200 and regretting letting myself be scammed by them...

Your site is a scam. I ordered clothes and you delivered to the wrong address and I have been emailing you for two weeks for support and no one answers. I would stay clear from ordering here ever again, and I will review you on every site telling everyone to avoid buying your clothes.

I have ordered two shirts from Hoooyi, as I really liked their design. The package was sent out fairly quickly and my guess would be that it was delivered (in the Netherlands) after around 2 weeks, not too bad!

The shirts look great actually, the colors are quite bright and definitely resemble the products as shown on their website. Do note that the patterns on the fabric might have a somewhat different position, but as far as I know that’s quite common.

The material used isn’t top notch, but seems fair for the price. Quite comfortable, with a hint of a silky touch to it, as well as a soft shine. They seem to hold up well in the washing machine (40 degrees C, decent detergent), no shrinking or bleeding color so far.

The size calculator recommended a size S, but with a height of 1.86 m and weight of 70 kg, I decided to try size M. Though I can’t compare, size M seems to have been the better choice.

All in all, I’m definitely not disappointed. I have two nice shirts that I like wearing, with an interesting print, for decent money.

No further contact with Hoooyi was necessary, therefore I don’t have any experience with their customer support.

Placed and order which took 4 weeks to arrive. The clothes were too small, so I requested to return them, I had to pay for the returns postage to Germany, only for the exact same package to turn up at my door step 2 months later!
Pure scam!
