A family company that cares about their customers from entering the shop to the choosing a product through to the purchase, measuring and fitting, a large showroom and staff ready to assist and advise on their huge selection of high quality carpets and hard flooring, the fitters are punctual, polite, efficient, clean and tidy. Clear pricing and no upselling. I would always recommend this well established family company to anyone who needs any type of flooring fitted professionally to a very high standard.

Contracted the carpet replacement of 2 bedrooms and changed using Karndean floor. The home visit for the quote by Leigh was great and the contracting process was seamless. Even during the installation where we encountered some hiccups through no fault of hoopers but our construction company, solutions were offered by James and the job was completed perfectly. Happy customers indeed would highly recommend it for any carpet or flooring needs. Tim the installer was excellent as well!
