I ordered climbing shoes size 35 (EU) and received the expected climbing shoes quickly, but size 41,5 (EU).
I wondered how it is possible to mix up sizes this way.
Mail asking for exchange / refunds still unanswered in spite of automated information of "immediate" reply.

Great Experience. The website was easy to navigate and well presented. The item I ordered (Scarpa Mojito Shoes) shipped promptly and was received in good condition. I live in the United States of America and I would highly recommend Outdoor39, you won't be disappointed.

I searched a long time for new winter boots and found outdoor39 having it for a great price. I also received them very fast in a few days.

I found an ski boot that was almost impossible to find locally or anywhere else nearby. I was very happy about the product I received as well. Be patient as the communication might take a little longer than normal, but it is worth it. The boots came as described and were packaged well. NOTE: The first communication you get with order confirmation will likely land up in your junk or spam folder so go there first and search it and there it will be. Once you move it to your inbox, all other communications will come there.

Nice place. Give it a 4 star. Internet communication is not real easy. Email address does not work. At least not from the U.S....other than that. Good Experience. Honest Place.

The price is low and the product is good. I also appreciate the response after my previous review. The only thing annoyed me is the long processing time. It took nearly two weeks to arrive, longer than 7 business days advertised by the website. I recommend it if you do not worry about time.

Trustpilot removed my prior review that was poor because apparently I didn't give them enough documentation. It's hard to trust sites especially overseas.
But outdoor 39 did exactly what they said they would except a little slower. Website said order processing for 10 days.
So in the end they shipped by a FedEx I had my ski boots within 4 days of shipping from Germany. They're exactly what I ordered and they were a great deal. I would highly recommend these guys. They are legit

Boots shipped in about a week, and they were on my doorstep in the States 48 hours later. I can't overstate how great the shipping was. The price was 34% below MSRP, too.

I really appreciate the price point on the product that I purchased (Nordica ski boots) and that shipping was without additional cost (I don't like finding out shipping costs until I have placed my order). It seemed to take longer to get the product from Germany to the US than I wanted, but I was probably just impatient. Having the tracking info was wonderful. E-mail response to my inquiries was prompt and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to order from you, again.

Ordered a pair of Scarpa AT boots at a competitive price. Received the boots within a week. No surprise. Very happy with the experience.

Sent several emails asking for stock status, never received a reply. Buyer Beware.

Additionally, any further reviews I can find seem to be posted to multiple sites at the same time with little substance.
