I love the design and brand, but the customer service doesn't work. I bought a few pieces and wanted to return some of them so I contacted them. They gave me a wrong address at first and said I should send it with a tracking number. I checked the address online and asked them if it is the right one, and the confirmed, that the Adress online was the right one. So I payed the shipping on my self and did so. About two months later nothing happened so I wrote again and they wanted reminder about the order, so I sent them again my Order number and tracking number. Month after that still nothing... So I wrote again and now am waiting

I absolutely love the design and the make and didn’t have a problem when I first ordered, however the second time I ordered I feel like the hoops were abit to heavy and also one of the hinges was loose resulting into one of them falling of and being lost which I’m gutted about

I love this brands necklaces so I’m really sad to say this is the second time I’ve bought earrings and the closures didn’t work.
This set the butterfly back that kept falling out from the first wear, the third time this happened when I was out and the back is now lost.
The first set I bought was a clasp closure which never stayed done up so that earring also kept falling out, I had to stop wearing them after just a couple of wears. This is why I tried buying butterfly grips the second time.
I would avoid buying earrings of all kinds after these experiences and I feel like I’ve sadly wasted my money and will have to spend more to replace them.
