Gail and the team got me out of trouble after a previous supplier wasn't able to complete my order. With rehearsals fast approaching they sorted out the order with ease and the hoops arrived with a day to spare. And they are lovely hoops!

After we had some unusual delay (approximately 5 weeks, probably due to Brexit) with the shipment of our order we immediately recieved support via E-Mail and were offered a second (free) shipment to decrease the waiting time.
We were expecting the first delivery to be sent back to the shop but surprisingly recieved both deliveries a few weeks later. To avoid unneccessary delivery costs we decided that we would rather buy the second hoop instead of sending it back to the shop and as a response we were offered to keep the second hoop for free!
That's what I would call amazing customer service!

5* star service. I had a problem with my hoop and the ladies who own the company were incredibly helpful. They responded to me promptly and even offered to video chat with me to help resolve the issue. I feel that this company truly care about their customers. Thanks Gail and Catherine!

Very pleased with Gail's speedy service. I received an immediate reply to my question. I ordered my hoop on Monday and received it in the post on Friday. Gail provided important and helpful instruction to assemble my hoop. So many sites are US based - I wanted to buy British and I'm really delighted with everything and excited to start hoop dancing. It's not easy to find hoops larger than 40" but I was able to find one on Gail's website. Lots of colours/designs to choose from and it comes with instructions! Prepared and shipped in < 1 working week even given the Royal Mail delays. Thanks!
