There is a severe lack in quality in relation to the sewing of it. Part of it ripped off when my wife was trying it on for the first time.

Everything was pretty good.

Everything was good. My only suggestion would be to rap the item better. Maybe in lace or something nice so it seams of more quality. The plastic bag it came in was a turn off for my wife.

I wish packaging would have been better. The package inside the mailer was bent and creased from shipping handling. It is taking effort to get the crease out of the skirt

HAPPY /DISAPPOINTED.

I like what I bought.
But I believe there was an item that you were out of stock on or not getting in any more. So I get it. But why can't an items be on hold till it returns back into the stock shelf. Then the item order is sent out to that customer who has payed for it already. Like I said I get it. Over stock item don't need to be on the shelf. But it a disappointment when an item is not sent out and the account is credited instead instead.
Makes me not want to buy from your company any more.

Usually, when an item is out of stock, it will display an out-of-stock banner and a "Notify Me" button. Due to the high volume of orders coming in, sometimes our suppliers run out of stock after inventory cycle time and we might have orders containing that item. In that case, we either refund the money or the customer can choose to credit them with a gift card with the balance of that out-of-stock item, so they can purchase any other thing they want in their next purchase.

In your case, we never credited your account, all of the items you ordered were delivered. Your order was shipped from 2 different warehouse locations and split into 2 different packages. Please email us at support@hoostler.com and let us know what you think was wrong with your order so we can fix it as soon as possible.
