Was offered a deal for a 1 year membership that looked like it was $99 when reviewing my card statement it was actually $1199. I am a very smart person and they tricked me. Won't refund.
Used to be a good solution but not useful any longer. We found out they had auto-renewed our inactive account so we cancelled and asked for a refund. The chat rep said they would submit the request - we never heard back. When we followed up, they said there was no record and we had missed the window. Very disappointing.
