Hoover Smartwash Two brushes stop spinning after 5 uses less than a month

I purchased a Hoover Smartwash from Hoover.com.au website directly and received it by AustPost on 3 Feb 2022. After using a few times, the two rotating brushes would not spin, and no water coming out or sucking up. I reported the case to hotline Customer Service: 1300 698 130 for not working on 24/2/2022 and they said repair would contact me but in vain. I also found one review on the Internet having same problem that the brushes not turning, Wash/Dry lights flashing, no water out, no water suck up.
I called the repair hotline and the staff told me to bring to Godfreys for repair but I brought the Smartwash to Godfreys Burwood but they said they are not responsible for repair and have to be done directly from Hoover. If you have similar experience please share with me on how to proceed further.
I called customer service on 7/3/2022 that the staff forgot to fill out a warranty claim for me and said the repair department would contact me within 5 days. After waiting 5 days, I called customer service and she told me that for some reason the repair department had not received the warranty claim details. She said she would call me back on 14/3/2022. I called back on 14/3/2022 but was told by another customer service that I had to wait 48 hours for the manager to respond. She said I should wait and call back later. So I am waiting to see what happens.
