After waiting two months for a new washing machine door, hoover are offering to fit a new door. How do they honestly believe anyone to manage without a machine or have space store it indoors for that length of time.
Also. Emailing is a waste of time as they are not always read properly. They totally miss the point.
A response of how sorry they are and how they understand the problem is all we got throughout and becomes so annoying after the first few times. Nobody will speak face to face which would be so much quicker and more personal.

Purchased hoover H wash & dry 350 Model Number H3DPS4966TAMRR80 January 2025. Purchase, delivery and installation all went smoothly.
Washer worked well. However nothing ever seemed to dry in the drier. Initially I thought my expectations were at fault as I had previously had a traditional vented drier. If I put clothes (the correct weight) into the machine for a combined wash and dry they would come out soaking wet. I experimented by drying them separately…..the machine would initially indicate several hours of drying time then recalibrate to 60-90 minutes after a while. Clothes still very damp…even wet on occasion. Tried using the timed drying period….better but still not great. Tried several times to contact Hoover but did not find them helpful. Eventually sent an engineer who thought the sensor wasn’t working. Replaced it and left….machine wouldn’t work at all! Contacted again. Eventually another engineer came who diagnosed that the sensor had not been properly plugged in. Machine now worked but drier no better. I manage by drying anything on high heat on the 2 hour maximum setting, removing clothing and shaking IMMEDIATELY the cycle has finished or it will be damp, then usually still having to hang it out to air for a while. Have given up on ever having help from Hoover. Tonight my new bed linen came out wetter (I had used low heat) than it was at the end of the wash! Not fit for purpose but stuck with it.

Just tried it on my bed and sofa after taking delivery from Costco. Works very well for its size. Best part is the filter is washable

Awful customer service. Purchased a washing machine only 4 weeks ago, that has an intermittent fault. Hoover seem to be finding any excuse as to why it is 'not their fault'. Including the fact that I am not ensuring I put exactly 11kg of washing in the machine..... who actually weighs their washing first!!! If they send an engineer and the fault isn't there on the day, i will have to pay for it! (Fault is intermittent!!!!!) Poor quality product, bad customer service. Will not purchase Hoover products again.

The cordless vacuum arrived fine and worked perfectly for exactly 1 year and 5 days. Stopped working and now Hoover have said it’s out the warranty so they can’t do anything.
Shame on them. I’ve had a Henry for 8 years and it still works perfectly.
The cordless Hoover vacuum cleaner was a convenient machine for little spills and quick cleans (not deep cleans) so should have lasted much longer than it has.
Now I need a new cordless vacuum cleaner and I know which make I will not be buying.

It’s a shame to write a weak review but hoover stopped working and having any meaningful suction after less than 4 months. I cleaned it after every few times of use and looked after it in the same way I did with the previous hoover I had and kept for 8 years!
Delivery didn’t happen next day as they had claimed and the customer service never responded to my emails asking for help with the malfunction only after 4 months. Zero accountability to respond to emails.

I bought a 9kg washing machine from this company in October 2024 and while delivering it, the engineer broke the machine's pipe in front of my eyes while working at home and took the delivery back to the depot and then disappeared for 15 days
Within just a year, the washing machine tub spins like someone is dancing at full volume. My experience with this company has been very bad
As for the delivery, I was very disappointed with the delivery as well ☹️

Terrible service from what I THOUGHT was a REPUTABLE Company.

for a vital domestic appliance like a washing machine there should be no deviation on delivery date when you are being charged for the service. Very disappointing that the agreed date has been changed. Not happy at all. Useless service. Ordered on 14/11/25, agreed to delivery 20/11/25 now cannot comply and will be 25/11/25. Where's the compensation/recompense for inconvenience and external laundry costs.... not good

As the title of this review states, don'e be fooled by the 4.2 rating, as those positive reviews/ratings are clearly from people who have not yet experienced an issue with their purchase/product because thats where theyre trouble will begin!
I am in total agreement with the majority of the 1 star reviews, in regard to this being the worse customer service ive had the misfortune to deal with!!! The only direct phone number gets you a department that is of no help, and they advise you to contact a different department, which can only be done by email only, which is convenient, as it enables them to do well nothing, unless you write, write and write again.
I have to admit that after 2 months, i have received my refund but believe me, there have been times where i felt like giving up, with what was the most difficult of processes, which i think is their aim.
I will never buy another Hoover or candy product, as both products and the customer service are sub standard.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The vacuum never turned up. There was no number to phone, only an email address and even then it took them over 48 hours to respond. Never did receive a refund for an item that never came. Opened a dispute with my bank. Would never buy from this company again.

Don't buy this hoover it's a pice of rubbish battery doesn't last 50 mins barely lasts 20 suction is terrible, is not anti hair wrap, in order to empty you have to put your hand in the extremely small compartment and pull out all the debris nearly breaking your hand in process pice if cheap plastic do not waste 100 pounds it's like a temu special

Terrible service oven smashed in and hob faulty took nearly 15 days to get them to take damaged goods back and even when they did was told would be another 5 days for refund and we dont compensate for expenses occured by user so no compensation for me having to pay for an electrician to install a damaged hob which like the oven had obviosly been dropped and 20 days to get my money back and i will never order from hoover direct again phoned this company several times on the number they provided to be told we dont deal with customers on the phone for damaged goods so back to email it was by far worse service ive ever had

I bought a Hoover Cylinder Breeze BR10RDD001. It's absolutely useless and has very little suction power. I have cleaned all the filters but that's made no difference. I will be replacing it.

I finally got round to using the mattress hoover I bought and I was very pleased with it. Even though I have a very good quality mattress and mattress protector, the mattress hoover managed to pick up a small dusting and it was very easy to use.

Wouldn’t even give them that rating as ordered vacuum cleaner with guaranteed next day delivery - what a joke. It didn’t arrive so emailed but then have 2 business day wait for reply. Told May be supply problem and said was cancelling. They apologised for inconvenience it might have caused 🤬. Then another message saying they were processing my order as matter of urgency, told them I had already cancelled. Then got email saying delivery on its way! This was 6 days after supposed next day delivery! Had already ordered from Amazon and in less than 24 hours vacuum cleaner arrived. Hoover customer service is non existent and when you do email they obviously can’t read what you write as had to expedite to complaints for them to finally understand I had cancelled order twice and if anything arrived I wouldn’t accept it.

The cordless hoover is very light. It’s very good for myself as I have back pain. My other cleaner was heavy so I couldn’t use it. This was a great buy as I can use it without making my back worse. It was also a great price compared to other cordless hoovers.

Purchased the hoover, still not got it!! DPD have it and can't deliver it, send I need to contact the sender, have you ever tried to contact hoover direct??? No contact number! Only an email address that they answer randomly it seems around 2 days and then they don't even read the message you have sent them! So you have to message back and wait again so far they have my money, dpd have the hoover and I'm out of pocket and not happy!! I've learnt my lesson here, avoid at all costs hopefully eventually I'll get my money back without having to take action as this is pathetic customer service from Hoover and Dpd!!

Not able to clean whole floor, some place are missed, rather not cleaned lines visible.
Thought should have been given to have a panel below in the dock, for the Mop. As it gets wet and stays with Dock. This would eventually damage wooden flooring.
