From the first visit to collect my keys to the new house, HOP set a terrible impression. The office was short staffed and any staff members present were engaged not in work but in throwing things at each other and running around like children. It became clear as my tenancy progressed that this was their usual routine, they never lifted a finger to help with a single issue unless persistently and repeatedly emailed and called. What responses I did receive were short, dismissive, and terribly spelled. Nobody at HOP takes any pride in their work, nor has any aptitude for it. If you’re looking to become a property manager, just rent with these guys, and you’ll soon be doing all the work.
