In short:The BEST customer service I’ve ever had with any platform, and they far far exceed my expectations.
Not only did the HOP2 team went above and beyond to help me resolve my dire situation that was the fault of another flight company, they even took it upon themselves to call back, and followed up keep me up-to-date on the progress of the issue.
Big big thank you to AYESHA, who not only assisted me from the start to finish, she turned what was a very bad situation (again, at the fault of ANOTHER flight company) to what was one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve been stuck in the airport of another country for 5 days.
HOP2 have earned themselves a loyal customer, and I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

I'd give them 0 stars if possible! I booked a flight to DAC from RDU for $3143. The price was $1001/pp and $3003 for all 3 but when I clicked the confirm button, it said the price has gone up and I'd have to pay $140 more for the same tickets. Still did that. But when I checked the email, it said they allow only 1 checked bag whereas all international flights from the USA allow 2.

Contacted them and they said, I'd have to pay extra for that. So told them to cancel the booking. Now they said, they'd charge $150 for all 3 tickets or $50/pp as a processing fee. Argued with rep and he lowered it down to $30/pp.
They are frauds, never book with them.
The whole thing happened within 2 hours of me booking the flights, not even 24 hours later.

Hop2 customer service changed & confirmed my family tickets denied by a second airliner (Iberia) ,originally bought, claiming that 5 hours stop over is not enough to change a flight, The flight is 5 months away from today.
Thank you for changing my flight without extra payment with a better flight. Anyway, today I can sleep without stress. Things happen as they say.

Although I couldn't give Tyson all the information he requested in order to look into my booking, he still found it and discovered all my issues had been resolved. He then provided me with helpful, reassuring links and made certain I was satisfied. You have a well-trained, eager to please staff of whom you should be exceedingly proud. Please reward them all.

Destin helped me find the most affordable great value ticket for my trip to Las Vegas including my luggage and personal items. The best customer service I have stumbled across in booking a ticket. Destin waited till my confirmation was proceed which took an hour, I am very thankful for this as I had too much anxiety. Trustable and great service. In the end, I was able to get everything sorted as he was able to find me a ticket. Destin made me happy and told me to live my life with no regrets as I suffer from anxiety and depression! Thank you so much Destin I will never forget you.

Never use @Hop2_Travel. They won't be able to provide you with the booking reference numbers for you to do the check-in online and choose seats. Customer support is useless. You will have through endless chats to get no help.

This company commits fraud and is guilty of false advertising. I booked flights and after they got all of my credit card information and name, etc. then suddenly they increased the price another $600. They pretended it was the airline that raised the price but the airline did not. Then I am stuck with an overpriced booking. They ripped me off for $600. deliberately. Then right after, their price went back down by $600., so they con another person into buying the low price, only to then charge them another $600. What a scam. It is fraud and false advertising. They have NO customer service whatever, so if you want to sit on hold off and on for 10 hours and only reach a junior agent who is clueless, then by all means, book with Hop2. They also got my booking by insisting that the seat selection on all of my flights was free, but of course now they are charging me almost $300. extra for that. So basically they scammed me out of $900. They simply won't deal with it. Then they laughed and said to go ahead and cancel my flights but they would keep $580. of it. So either way, this company makes hundreds of dollars fraudulently off of each customer. And then they went in and deleted all of the online chat that proved the fraud. They ruined my trip, made me physically sick sitting on the phone all day and night and still no supervisor available, just brain dead call centre agents who couldn't understand one thing let alone resolve it. You can never talk to anyone, just a stupid online chat, unless of course, they immediately call you to sell you insurance. Horrible company that should be shut down for fraud and false advertising.

Very unhappy. The airline has sent them my refund, somehow it just hasn’t managed to get from HOP2 to my account in 3 months, funny how that is.
I think they are stealing my money and hoping i go away

Had a horrible experience with Hop2. I was diverted to their website from skyscanner for booking. The quote I got was in CAD. however, they charged me the same figure in USD which was almost CAD 700 more than the agreed price.
When I went back to them, they agreed to refund the amount in full. however, at the end of the day, I was hit with a CAD 142 fee b/c instead of declining my payment in the first place, they accepted it and paid me back with a new transfer, making me liable for the exchange rate difference and other applicable card fee. Not to mention those stressful 4 to 5 hours I spent on arguing with them to clean up this mess.

They didn’t inform us the tickets were cancelled 3 months prior. We showed up to the airport, waiting to find out nor plane. They then try to reschedule us to flight out of New York (we are in California). Then they said we didn’t accept their accommodations. They refused to refund us. Finally agree to refund a small amount of the tickets, even though we literally have to book hotels and add extra expenses. That was month ago, they still haven’t refund. Call multiple times, kept saying someone will get back within 2 hours, and nothing! How did this company not get sue yet is beyond me. I filed with the New York Consumer Protection.

Save yourself from trouble. It is best to buy from airline itself. Schedule change only cost $50 with airline but Hop is none everything. It cost me 1/3 of more. I am accepting as Learning Experience.
