We have done due diligence on our mattress quests over the years. We've been through a series of disappointing merchandise, complicated or zero customer service, not to mention lots of money. We searched for great quality, comfort, and longevity.
We decided Hope Mattress was our next choice, and wondered where which direction we'd look when that one tanked.
Unfortunately, we had a manufacturer's issue after the 100 day trial period ended. I made contact with hopemattress.com customer service and within 8 hours our problem was solved and a new mattress was on the way, no fees involved! No complicated process, no "exceptions to the guarantee", and no "sorry it's out of our hands".
It has been many years since we've dealt with this type of AMAZING customer service. If you thought it was gone forever, as did we, then you need to do business with this exemplary company and just relax.
I cannot be remiss and neglect to say how comfortable and well made this mattress also is.
We will never, ever...ever buy a mattress elsewhere. We are telling everyone we know about this REMARKABLE ALL AMERICAN MADE mattress company. Hopemattress.com absolutely gave us our hope back.
