Outstanding communication! - Great work, pricing...eh, a bit high in my opinion. However, I would use them again and recommend them.

I paid a $1,000+ two weeks ago to have a leak in the bathroom repaired only to have the problem not fixed and when they return want to charge me another $1,400 to fix the problem that they did not identify the first time. Very disappointed.

Hope Plumbing responded extremely fast to repair a problem before the house closing in 4 days. The repair was more extensive than expected but they plumber (name unknown) researched for parts and made the repair in 1 day. Would recommend Hope Plumbing for any plumbing problems.

The technician (Alex) was honest and professional and discussed services that would be very beneficial for my home. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was a huge help.

Had some difficulty with an older AO Smith hot water heater. Two other companies recommended that I needed to replace the whole unit. One of them suggested that while a simple gas valve replacement was all that was needed, the electronic configuration of the unit had been updated and thus the exact replacement was no longer available. Jon B. at Hope Plumbing confirmed that a simple gas valve replacement was all that was needed (since the rest of the system was in good shape). After consulting w/ another plumber back in the home office, he found that while AO Smith indeed no longer carried my exact gas valve replacement, they DID offer a $20 adapter which made the newer gas valves compatible with the older systems. This little fact ended up saving me $1700 over having to purchase a whole new system!

After Jon installed the new gas valve replacement (with adapter), my hot water heater has been working great for the past 2 weeks. Jon at Hope Plumbing was not only technically skilled at his job, but more importantly, he was willing to work with me and explore the best options for my particular situation.

Hope plumbing has always been there when we needed plumbing work done. We went through several other plumbing companies until we found Hope. There employees are very pleasant and professional. Their cost have always been a little less than other companies. Hope is the only plumbing company we will use.

We have only one bathroom. When the plumbing is problematic it has to be taken care of right away. Hope Plumbing knew our predicament and sent Jeremy to our house within a couple of hours to take care of it. Jeremy did a great job in explaining how pipes work, he was very friendly and clean and he took care of the problem straight away. I am so impressed with Hope Plumbing. I will definitely call them the next time we have an issue.

The technician was very prompt and on time the office personnel was very professional. The technician arrived to inspect the job. With the new technology at hand were able to get a parts list right away and get the job done the next morning in a very efficient manner. I believe the pricing is very reasonable the technician was well mannered and full of knowledge , working with his team in the office was a superb job. I would recommend Hope plumbing for other jobs in this neighborhood of Glenridge commens addition and also Franklin Township area I will send a email out to my community and let them know. Caleb was very professional and knowledgeable. He demonstrated an attention to detail that put us at ease. He wasn't afraid to put in the time to make sure we were happy and the job was done right.

Very good customer service, professional installer, good quality work, but prices seemed quite high. However, they had some programs to offset the pricing somewhat. That said, if it weren't for prices, we would hire them again.

Very professional, reasonably priced

I have used Hope plumbing for several years now. My home was built in 1927, and has had many plumbing quirks over the years. These plumbers are the best. They know how to deal with old homes and all things plumbing. Most recently, they checked out my fireplace and gas lines and fixed my Reverse Osmosis system. They are also fairly priced, and worth every penny.
