The Hope ring I received is exactly what I expected to get when I ordered them. It took a little longer to receive them then I expected but overall not excessively longer. I have purchased one for myself and one for my two daughters after my husband/ their father passed away and it has been a great comfort to me. I paid extra to be first in line…
I paid extra to be first in line processing ordering on April 30th to get by Mother's Day. My order was not delivered until May 19th. Then when I received my order, I only received one of the four items I ordered. I have reached out a couple times regarding this with no response. I would still like the rest of the items I ordered. SO far customer service has been non-existent. I am hoping that this problem will be handled properly.

I received the sons bracelets I ordered but they were too big and I have been trying for over 6 months to return and order correct size. I love the message on the ring
I love the message on the ring, however the only finger it fits and shows Just Breath, is my pinkie. The ring material is very flexible almost to the point of making it seem the ring will break when trying to expand it to fit other fingers. I’m very disappointed that I can’t wear it on other fingers but I do feel connected to the heartfelt message
