Purchased item over three years ago, did not recieve
Purchased an item over three years ago, was not in stock for delivery.
I asked a year later if the item was yet available, they told me no, but I could either have a refund, a replacement item, or continue to wait for the item stock.
I told them I'd wait. As of now of 2023, I attempted to email the shop to check up on the updates of stock and receiving the item I purchased, but the email failed to be received.
Checking up their website, it is shut down and the store is said to no longer exist, but I did not receive any refund for the £83.50 item I purchased and had waited for, over three years. Nor was I ever informed of their shutdown.
This is bad business practices all around.
