Great customer service
Great customer service. Got a call within 30 minutes of ordering as some of the items I picked were out of stock. Quickly sorted with alternatives and delivered, very securely packaged, within a couple of days.
Can't comment on the beers as they were bought as Christmas presents

Northern Irish Delight
I wanted to try beers from Northern Ireland and upon searching for such on the Internet I came across Hopster Craft Beer. I chose to buy the hand picked 12 pack of local craft beers and within just a couple of days my box arrived. Well, I certainly chose well... all 12 beers were excellent and I'll definitely be back to buy more soon. Thank you Hopster.

I'm happy to rate Hopster as six stars, but 5 is the limit.
The online shop works just fine, has no annoying adverts, and I found a good selection of delicious beers in just a few clicks.
The order was picked and packed the next day. Two items (of over 100 ordered) were not on the shelves, and Hopster rang and emailed to offer either a refund or to substitute.
The goods were very well packed; tins nicely fitted into cardboard box, then a 3-inch layer of shredded cardboard, and an outer box. All sealed with "fragile" packing tape, and each box labelled with the contents.
Parcelforce took a day longer than expected to deliver, but that's not on Hopster.
6 out of 5 - would shop again :)
