I have visited the Horace shops in Marseille and London and they are great, with super staff.
The products are excellent and nice to use; I am a convert! Many thanks.

Purchased dry hair shampoo and the wax pomade.
Shampoo was great however the pomade is not a pomade it's consistency and finish is more in line with a paste.
It makes your hair look dry and sadly won't purchase another.

Always a quick delivery with Horace. Packaging is awesome. The shower gel scents are great and I really like the quick consultations they do on their website, so you can figure out your ideal night and day routines. I would happily recommend Horace to anyone. Haven’t had a bad product yet and they are now my go to brand for my cosmetics.

Really good products, work well with my skin, the pre/post shave gels are ideal for travelling, shower gel is a winner so much so that it gets stolen by the Mrs.

I bought the pomade and deodorant, I really wanted to like these. But I found the deodorant had a decent fragrance but other than that wasn’t great. I found the pomade didn’t have great hold and was difficult to wash out. I tried to leave this review on their site but it wouldn’t let me. Customer service were quick to respond though and they did offer a discount off an alternative product.

Brilliant! I love all their products! They add little touches of luxury to my day and people, including my wife, tell me I look great! I really recommend!

Horace is an honest brand. I have experience with the online store and visited one of their stores in Paris. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. I wanted to visit the store because I was in love with my first online order. This evening I bought some products online again since I am also in love with the products I got in the Paris store. Everything from Horace smells amazing, is really effective and high quality. It has a very luxurious feel, just like a brand like Aesop. But Horace is really affortable so you can really enjoy it without being afraid of running out! Shipment is quick. 5/5!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely awful, and this company is terrible. I placed my first order over £100 worth of skincare products, and everything arrived in an unacceptable condition—dirty, unsanitary, covered in hairs and thick dust. The tubes were dented and damaged. I requested a replacement and had to return the items. The second batch was even worse—more damage, more dirt, and just as unhygienic. I was then told to clean each product myself before using them! The customer service is worse than anything you’d expect at a budget store. I will never order from them again, and I strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

This was my first purchase from Horace and I am absolutely delighted. I have sensitive skin that i like to take care of, so I purchased a range of products to trial..face firming gel, peptide serum and mattifying moisturiser. To round it all off the order came with a complimentary scent and gorgeous peppermint soap bar !I will certainly be recommending and purchasing again !

Really great fragrances, at a reasonable price. I love the Rose eau de parfum.

Ordered from Horace, but they used ParcelForce, which messed up the delivery sent my parcel to the wrong address. They promised to resend it, but it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Now I have to wait another two days, and I’m still not sure if I’ll even get my items. Really frustrating service.

I first became aware of Horace.com through an article in a recent edition of the Sunday Times.
I found the website easy to navigate and the focus of the product range to be fascinating. It is easy to purchase and, in relative terms, good value for money.
The order to delivery turnaround was impressively short - even though coming from France to Ireland in disrupted times. Even the delivery agent did not leave the parcel on the doorstep and hightail it, as seems to be the practice these days. And of course the product is amazing - Oud Rose EDP is fabulous.

Beware of emails from this business!
I have today had an email offering a free product if I spend £50... in fact, you have to spend £60 to receive this! contact customer service and they aren't even aware of it! they did some investigating and yes, it is an error... but they cannot help and the tone taken in emails was almost like it was my fault!.. The service v's the cost of product requires some intervention! I'll stick with my previous brand! False advertising is not a good look for any business! shocking!

My son immediately adopted Horace as his supplier of hair wax and skin care products and then discovered their scent through a sample. Their customer service is highly efficient and charming. They are one of my favourite ever businesses to deal with. They are fab!
