I cannot recommend this place enough. Every staff member I spoke with was very polite, happy and helpful. I felt very comfortable and safe with the management of queing and security.
The staff at security were very frienfly and reassuring.
The young man at the entrance was wonderful, helping me with booking my ticket for immediate entry.

The views were breathtaking, very clean, bathrooms were very clean also.

Overall, this was a great experience and for FREE was amazing.
Thank you to all the staff for making this an easy adventure.

We booked a week or so in advance and were very impressed at the slick organisation, particularly as it’s free.

Unfortunately on the day we went it was foggy so we saw nothing, but we can’t blame them and will return.

Although the Tickets for Horizon 22 are Free , The booking System is a scam , as monday morning 20.10.2025 on website trying to book tickets for next 2 weeks , sign appears
Thank you for your interest in visiting Horizon 22. Tickets are released every Monday 14 Days in advance from 10am, all tickets are currently fully booked for the next 2 weeks. Limited Walk in tickets are also avaliable each day at the entrance of Horizon 22 from 10am.
So how can tickets be booked for next 2 weeks , before they are on sale , Simply not possible , unless selling or offering 4 weeks in advance , but that cannot work either

So magical an experience of a lifetime not to be missed. Never could anyone imagine seeing most of London views from high above (58th floor) and what’s so amazing, it’s free to enter after booking your ticket. Guys just go for it, staffs are always looking out to ensure you have the time of your life and to add value for good measure of quality service there is a small coffee shop for snacks. Access to toilets are available. Thumbs up to Horizon22
