Wish I’d checked on here first! Bought an LED light to shine a moonscape on ceiling- if your ceiling is the size of a dinner plate it’s fine but still dull as just black and white and a static image. It was advertised with images that the projection was all over the ceiling and walls with changing images and some colour. Emailed customer services to request a refund- not got a reply. Complete waste of money.

DO NOT USE. They do not ship at all but take your money. Customer care is absolutely appalling and despite numerous emails from me to them, I’ve yet to get an accurate response to the reason why my order that was placed in April 2026 has STILL NOT arrived and we’re now June 2026.

I bought some of their so-called weight-reducing patches; they sent other items as well as what I had ordered and charged me for them. I emailed to say that I didn't want the other items and to remove them from the order; they said the items couldn't be removed from the order and I would have to send them back at my own expense, so
I never sent them back. I have emailed them about 18 times; they replied to the 1st couple, but nothing since. I would not recommend people use this company, as they are a rip-off. It's a shame that 1 star is the lowest rating you can give!

This company is terrible I purchased some goods but did not receive what was advertised. I messaged them 3 times and still have not got any response. This has put me off ordering from these type of companies. PLEASE BE WARNED. So much for money back guarantee if your not happy

I bought a trailer brake controller from them a while back... It worked for 2 or 3 trips, then stopped working.. I filed a warranty claim (which included a complete description of the truck & trailer, including VIN numbers) only to find out that their warranty is a SCAM. I did a little research into this company and found out that they only sell cheap Chinese crap.. My trailer brake controller was Reese branded.. I have emailed back and forth with them several times, and they have admitted that they received everything that I needed to show them, including my original receipt. They also admitted that they only sell cheap Chinese made garbage. So now, I'm organizing a class action lawsuit against them. :)
