Driver arrived on time and drove safely as expected. worth for money.

Very nice drivers, the one during the turn trip bought us some croissants. Good service, in time and confortable.

Avoid! I booked an airport transfer and the car did not show up in time.
I called the company ‘yes darling…the car is on the M4..” basically 45’ delay
I had to book a uber last second in order not to miss the flight.

Our experience was very good. Our driver showed up early, the car was clean and communication with the company was good.

Terrible experience as a driver to work for them. So I would request my fellow drivers to think before you work for them. You will never get right fare or never get payment on time. On top you will be charged fine for nothing when they need money by saying something that is not even relevant to your jobs.

The reason I’m sharing this to help other drivers about this bad experience. They still owe me money and when I request them to send it back they declined and said I already shared my horrible experience with them in the review that’s why they will not pay my money.

We recently booked transfers to and from Gatwick into the centre of London for a short city break. We booked through Airport Taxi Transfers and got assigned Horizon Minicab. Whilst the trip from the airport to the hotel was okay, the driver did play quite loud music the entire journey without giving us the option for music or silence like you would expect with a more high end transfer.

When it came to our return trip to the airport, the driver was 15 minutes late and did tell us that it was his first job of the day so it wasn’t that he was running late with a previous job. He then talked loudly on the phone for a decent portion of the journey. The door bin in the back seat was full of paper and crisp packets.

I would expect some of these issues with a service that wasn’t advertised to be a more luxury experience. We had paid more for a more luxurious car so therefore expected things to be a little sharper/more professional based on other companies we have used in the past.
