Good Customer Service
I ordered a snowboard jacket and a pair of snowboard pants. The ordering process went smoothly. A complaint regarding the shipping arrangements was resolved by customer service to my satisfaction.
Overall, it was a good shopping experience – especially thanks to the very friendly handling of my complaint by customer service. I do have one suggestion for improving the ordering and return process: A form with checkboxes (to indicate what I want to return and the reason) would be a great improvement, as well as printing the correct contact email address on the delivery slip. Thank you for your service and wishing you continued success.

No space for protectimg pants
I find the bib very high quality and design is amazing. It fits very good, but there is no space for protecring trousers, so I can't sit when I wear them.
By your size chart, I tried M size that I bought secondhand, returned them. So I ordered one size up, Large, but still it is not comfortable with protecting pants. Unfortunattly, I will need to return

Seems like a great EU brand
Great style, good specs and seems to be of good quality. Two of my friends got HF jackets a few (4?) years back. They're happy with them and the jackets still look good. So, when I needed a new one, HF was one of the first candidates. In the end, a discounted price won me over and even though I didn't try my new jacket in action yet, it seems well and thoughtfully made. Sizing recommendations are spot-on. Shipping was free and quick.
