I would NEVER TRUST an enterprise owned by the genius Mr.CABASUS and Ms. Nice Lady. They take advantage of their employers and don’t respect them - even worse after they fire them. I never got my money from the last month of services I provided for them. They make inappropriate use of people’s image (employees that don’t work with them anymore still have their face on the material they use). They pretend they have a lot of employers, but they’re probably all the same person!! Everything that is wrong they'll do SO PEOPLE THINK THEY GOT SOMETHING TO OFFER. And to smooth that he has a gentle servant that plays cool, to try to make something better, instead of actually doing anything right. They don’t pay their employees, they don’t pay transporters that provide services for them and they don’t pay customers (you can see that in their reviews everywhere). The idea of HorseLift itself speaks for the logic of someone who has nothing innovative to offer, as it hires transporters to do the work they sell and receive the credits for that. CABASUS? (one of their companies) ONLY A VERY INNOCENT PERSON WOULD FALL FOR THAT. Boots with sensors with ready-made sentences taken from Chat GPT to tell you you should take your horse to the vet or forward you for one of their vets (whom I would never trust). EVERYTHING THE OWNER OF THIS INTERPRISE SELLS ARE ILLUSIONS. There is no liability on what they have to offer and anyone who believes in his work and stands by him could not be considered an honest person in my opinion - of course I don’t mean that by the people that provide them their services, because when you need money you do the job even if you don’t believe in it. After all the stress and the money I lost, my only consolation is that he and Ms.Sympathy will probably one day end up with nothing if they keep acting like they do. And also, that these types of small minded people will never really be able to achieve anything, as everything they do consists of empty ideas. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE KIND OF PEOPLE. Their nice reviews? I would question their authenticity.

I am extremely disappointed with this horse transport agency. My transport was cancelled only two weeks before the scheduled date, which already caused significant inconvenience. At that time, they assured me that I would receive a full refund.

However, it has now been six months, and the refund has still not been processed. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted them and each time I received promises that the refund would be issued soon. Unfortunately, every time there was a different excuse, and nothing has been resolved.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If the refund is not completed immediately, I will be forced to proceed with legal action to recover my money.

As professional transporter we did 6 transports for them.. The first two, done in the summer 2025, were paid perfect on time. The two next were delayed with 2 weeks, but still pays (November). But the two last transports done in begin december 2025, are still no paid and there is no contact with them at all. That's so non professional!

It’s SCAM!! They collect money from you and never fix any transport!
