We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced difficulty with the cancellation process.
We would like to clarify that subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, including immediately after purchase. There is no minimum commitment period and no obligation to continue beyond the current billing cycle.
If the cancellation option did not work from your user area, or if you experienced any technical issue while attempting to cancel, we sincerely apologies. That is certainly not the intended experience.
