All the plants that I bought are very well packaged and in good condition.

The goods are fine but it was delivered to the building next door. It took some time to retrieve it.

The pots I bought were of very good quality and surpassed my expectations. They arrived speedily and were extremely well packaged.

Indeed they were so good I ordered another couple. I have no hesitation in recommending this company as being super efficient & very reputable.

I’m very impressed with my order. All plants looked exactly like the images on the website and arrived in excellent condition. They are very healthy and clearly high quality. They were also packaged very securely, so everything arrived safely.

Customer service was great as well. I was informed in advance about some damage to two pots and was offered the choice between a discount or alternative products, which I really appreciated.

Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend and will definitely order again.

When the Hortology team needed to contact me. They did so promptly and politely. They included three photos of the plant pot they were enquiring about and allowed me to decide if I wanted it.

I found Hortology via google as I couldn't find a ceramic plant pot for my new African Fig plant.

Having had ceramic plant pots from another retailer which arrived in a paper bag and was broken, I was reassured when picking up the box from DPD that it was well packaged. A large box with packing, included a box with the pot with its own packing.

Will definitely order again as I've got hort points to spend!

Very impressed by this Company, they re being honest telling me the plant I wanted was not doing ok and they asked me if I wanted my money back or wait until the week after as they had more plants coming.. the Plant arrive and it was lovely and healthy. I will buy from u again ❤️thanks!!!

From order to delivery less than 24hrs! Absolutely fantastic service. Bought polar ice decorative grit and this was the best price to be found.

There was a problem with the first shipment as the courier had obviously dropped the box and the pots were cracked.

Hortology sorted it immediately - got them quickly redispatched and they arrived in pristine condition. Lovely pots.

Ordered on Sunday, received on Tuesday. Substantial ceramic Ryan pot in shiny gold (I ordered the largest size). It isn't what I would call 'shiny gold' - but shimmers - exactly as it appears on the website. The pot is very classy (and heavy!)

Superb choice of plants. Particularly impressed by the selection of houseplants on your site and quality of the three plants i ordered. They were packed with such great care and arrived in perfect condition.
