From the start James provided a honest and realistic valuation of our home. At all times he was professional and respectful. We were very impressed with their real time communication via watsap. We received feedback from viewings immediately. The marketing of our home was second to none, excellent photographs presenting our home. Once sold there was regular communication, updates and support. This is how we feel estate agents should be performing and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hortons.

I have just moved into my new home with the first class professional service from Nicole.
From start to finish (& beyond) she responds quickly to any questions and is very supportive. Also works really hard to get the job done.
In fact Nicole had my house sold in the first week of it going on the market!

I hadn’t heard of Hortons Estate Agents but I received a leaflet through my door from Charlotte Poulton advertising their services. I decided to contact Charlotte feeling there was nothing to lose by learning more and I am exceptionally pleased that I did. Charlotte is proactive, indeed she even called round to my house before our initial valuation meeting to take external photos of my house whilst the sky was actually blue, a rare occurrence over the last few months! In our valuation meeting Charlotte explained about the company, the digital marketing and social media elements the company intended to utilise and all the various additional options that were available. Not once did she try and upsell any items which was tremendously refreshing in today’s house selling climate. I was impressed and instructed Charlotte at the end of our meeting and she has been by far, the best estate agent I have dealt with in the last 25 years. My photos, write up and information pack were created and sent to me for review exceptionally quickly. The amendments I requested were carried out same day and sent back to me for final buy off. As soon as the property went live on Rightmove a few days later Charlotte advised me and has been an utter delight to deal with from day one. Whatever she commits to she delivers on, if something outside of her control causes an issue she will reach out and keep you up to speed on what’s happening and how she intends to resolve. Not once have I had to chase Charlotte up for anything, which is so rare. There’s no waiting for the phone to be answered or leaving an answerphone message with no one calling back, Charlotte always responds…with good news or bad!

Charlotte always remains upbeat in her communications offering advice and plans of action where needed. I have total confidence in Charlotte’s capabilities and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. You will not regret instructing her, I only wish I had done so a year ago!

From start to finish I could not fault James or Zoe and made my first time buying experience memorable and stress free as possible. Not only was Zoe available to answer all my questions the support she provided me from start to finish was amazing and I honestly would not of got through without her.

Hortons probably employ the best personnel for the Job so 5 stars to them.
Our only point of contact with Hortons is Nicole Beale. We would recommend anyone buying or selling a house to be guided through the process by Nicole, we have been absolutely satisfied in both cases as Nicole has both sold a house to us and sold one for us. Nicole is a super professional, dedicated to customer satisfaction in all aspects. Aside from this as a person Nicole is really approachable, caring and available for advice at any time. We cannot thank Nicole enough for the hard work she has just put in to bringing our sale to a conclusion recently, so 5 stars doesn’t seem enough.

Zoe and James were absolute superstars throughout the whole process of buying our first house.

James did the initial viewing and was super helpful and Zoe took over and really made the whole process as stress free as possible.

Zoe is the most committed, talented and amazing estate agent I've ever come across. She managed to sell our house within days of us seeing a house we wanted on Rightmove to enable us to offer asap. The photographs and videos taken of our house are amazing.The attention to detail in getting the shot was so appreciated. (E.g coming back on her day off to retake the garden photos as the sun had come out the next day) definitely lead to the huge amount of interest we had. We had 7 viewings booked back to back two days after our house went on which shows her talent. I had afew work colleagues moving at the same time and they even commented how I'd had come contact with Zoe in afew hours, keeping us up to date with offers and putting in offers, than they had had with there estate agent in the whole process. If we were to ever move again I'd be calling Zoe straight away as I'd have such trust in her to get us the best house price possible at speed aswell. Huge thank you to the incredible Zoe for your hard work!

Zoe was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire duration of our sale. We chose to go with Zoe after experiencing difficulties and resistance from other estate agents regarding our property which was under the government S106 scheme. Zoe immediately reassured our worries with her vast knowledge and experience of the S106, and went above and beyond to make sure the sale went smoothly. Zoe was always on the ball and would update us daily. Not only was Zoe exceptionally professional and proactive, but she was also extremely understanding of our circumstances and empathetic to both myself and ex partner. Zoe made what I was expecting to be the most stressful and difficult period of my life a lot more bearable and I can’t thank her enough! I would strongly recommend Zoe’s services to anyone selling their property.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with from first contact, carefully explaining what he could offer without the usual salesman pitch. One thing which really came across at that stage, notably absent from other agents, was a genuine passion for what he does.

His marketing techniques are really refreshing, bringing charisma and energy whilst using modern platforms in an engaging way. His video and photography work really captured the personality and desirability of my home. Chris remained enthusiastic and diligent throughout the whole process, handling all the viewings personally and providing useful feedback.

Ultimately we achieved a very good price in a surprisingly short time during a tricky period for the market, exceeding my own expectations and that of many other local agents. I really can't praise Chris enough. If you have a special home then it deserves a special touch and Chris can do exactly that.

We recently moved just before Christmas and our estate agents and our solicitors were not great, but Thomas Bailey at Hortons was AMAZING! He wasn't even our agent, he was our seller's agent, and he went out of his way to include me in whatever he found out when chasing. If I had a question I'd ask my agents and sols and Thomas and Thomas was the ONLY one to get back to me. He even came to see us after we moved in on his day off to make sure we got in okay and didn't have any problems. He's a lovely bloke, he obviously loves his job and he's a credit to Hortons. When/if we move again - he'll be the first and only agent I'll ring!

Chris was brilliant. He recently sold my mum’s property and although being a stressful time he made the process a lot easier. We have more Recently sold our property with Hortons and Chris was once again very good at keeping us in the loop and overcome any obstacle’s . I couldn’t recommend him enough.

We were selling our house in Leicester. We dealt with Gianfranco. He was brilliant. Open and honest with us, well organised and he kept us informed every step of the way. This wasn’t an easy sale for him as we were out of the UK most of the time. Despite our absence he handled everything brilliantly and he found us a suitable buyer very quickly Highly recommended.

Gianfranco at Hortons did an incredible job for us - he managed to sell our house at the asking price before it was even listed, and the whole process took less than 3 months to complete. Having tried to sell our house without sucess with Purple bricks we knew we needed a fresh and innovitive approach in order to sell our house in such a difficult market.
