Really poor organisation, have been with them a year and not been able to get a physical exam with any doctors, only student nurses and one slightly condescending video call.
Refused to give me a sick note with out booking an extra appointment even though it’s already been made for me.
Short rushed consultations and they’re not really listening.
Something which should have taken one appointment has been stretched out over a month or more.
Now I’m also doubting my results.
Insanely unprofessional.
Looks like they’re just focused on quantity of patients for money.
Really don’t go here.

I hate my life. I am from a third world country. i have been to many doctors this is the worst experience here. I had a friend told me to change from here. She was pregnant and instead of doctors she was consulted by nurses. this is a crime. Just think about it. they did not test her blood and other test. she suffered a lot. how can be a pregnant woman can repeatedly seen by a nurse. where am i living.
