Automation and integration is good

Automation and integration is good. I use a lot of the features, but I don’t use them all. And that’s only because they don’t really fit into my personal situation owning and managing my STR in the Dominican Republic. I would like to see WhatsApp integration, given that’s the main vehicle for communication in DR. I believe it’s in the works. In sum, I’d recommend.

We’ve had a fantastic experience using Hospitable. It has made managing our short-term rentals so much smoother and more efficient. From automated guest messaging to calendar synchronization across multiple platforms, everything just works seamlessly in the background.

One of the things we appreciate most is how it keeps communication consistent and professional without feeling robotic. It’s taken a lot off our plate while still allowing us to provide a great guest experience.

We also love the added features like the direct booking site and the ability to sync our Wi-Fi locks, which makes check-ins incredibly smooth and streamlined for both us and our guests.

Having everything organized in one place—from bookings to messaging to access—has been a huge time-saver. If you’re looking for a reliable system to simplify your hosting and stay on top of all the moving pieces, Hospitable is a great choice.

Hospitable makes me a kind host!

Hospitable makes my life so much easier. Automating my notifications for all my houses, payment set up, home lock integrations with automated passcodes keeps everything running without me ever doing anything. The best part is the AI response improvements to guests! As a busy person, I can’t always write with empathy and I just push one button and my response is relatable, empathetic, and kind! Love that!

the very good integration of the AI tool, its way better than other options I have used. Also the integration of the smart locks & what it offers, is so convenient
Monday to Friday if you really need a human to help they are available, but after hours will be a delay but when you get a human it is a good experience

Hospitable has been incredibly easy to use, even for someone like me who isn’t very tech savvy. The platform is intuitive, and their training calls are fantastic, super helpful and easy to follow. I absolutely love using it!

Built by intention, not acquisition

As a former software engineer, I'm picky about my software. I can tell when something is just a bloated piece of legacy junk, versus something that has intentional design and is built with modern methodologies. I "watched" Hospitable for a few months before signing up. They're very transparent. They have a public "Town Hall" every two weeks where they give updates on what they're working on, do demos of the latest features, and explain what's coming up in the next next few cycles. I immediately recognized this as an agile/scrum/iterative methodology, so I knew that this is a product that is constantly being refined, will never stop growing, and will always be getting better and better. They're very proactive about collecting feedback from their customers and incorporating it. I kid you not, I have seen feature requests implemented overnight based on feedback from a single person in their community forum. THAT's how you build a product, and that's how you build a company with stark raving fans as your customer base.

We love hospitable - The Champion of Hosting!

We love hospitable. Out of all the systems we use to run our business, this is the one we absolutely will not let go of. The ability to automate tasks, view all our properties from one calendar and create rules sheds hours from the day to day business operations. This creates valuable hours that we can spend on other tasks. Hospitable keeps us organized and is priced well. We have been using it for about 3 years now and we usually recommend Hospitable to every new host that we work with.

Hospitable is truly an amazing PMS. It's extremely user/owner friendly and there is a very robust/efficient support wing. The town halls and curated calls are highly beneficial. We've never been left with unanswered questions or concerns. Hospitable is integral to our continued success in the STR space.

A Worthwhile Investment

My experience with Hospitable has been incredibly positive. It has made a profound difference in my business and has more than justified the cost. What’s amazing is that I probably only use about a quarter of the functionality, yet even that has had a huge impact on helping me stay organized, save time, and run things more smoothly.

I tried another PMS first, so happy I switched to Hospitable!

I tried another property management software before Hospitable, and I was so happy I switched. Hospitable was so much easier to set up and use. I had wasted weeks trying to get everything set up with the other software, and with Hospitable within the first week I had everything up and running. The listing and calendar links worked with Airbnb and Pricelabs right away, and I really love the automation features. I highly recommend Hospitable if you are looking for a PMS that truly saves you time and makes your business smarter.

Terrible

I honestly cannot believe this has so many 5 star reviews. It makes no sense. It almost feels like they are there to cover up how many bad reviews this service really deserves.

Just to add Vrbo channels, you need an extension, which already says a lot. And that is without even managing multiple accounts. If you do have several accounts, you practically need a programming course just to set them up. Then after some time, you have to do it all over again because the accounts get logged out again. Yes, again.

Technical support takes hours to reply and the whole thing is a mess. There are constant login problems, and I honestly do not understand how they are still operating with such a terribly poor service!!!

Hospitable has made it easier to create and systematize a 5 star guest experience. Our Airbnb listing is a 4.99 star with 196 reviews. I appreciate the continuous improvements and see the ease of running the business and the guest experience continually improving. I recommend it to friends!

I will not consider another PMS!

I have tried a fair few CMS software - but nothing like Hospitable. It's been a true pleasure dealing with them from the start. It's easy to get going and the AI component – a true game-changer – has allowed me to practically automate my business. I will not consider another PMS!
