Customer Service is very good. Chat is quick and the ability to record your screen to show the issue is brilliant. Teams are quick to follow up and provide detailed instructions and/or resolutions.
We need assistance, our calendar is not working in Airbnb and they are blaming and saying the pms is the blame for not being able to alter the dates.

The app is very slow on mobile devices, however, it does the work
I am enjoying so far the features, as I am starting setting up the system. The down side is not able to call any one when you are doing set up at least.
They solved the issue with VRBO, but I would llike to see a way to contact a person easier. Sometimes AI is not the best.
Great booking platform that is easy to navigate.
Happy with the platform & software. The AI makes responses much easier. Price is right in line with what I expect to pay. I love the weekly town-halls where innovation is discussed. Definitely a company moving forward.
Hospitable is an excellent property management software! It has everything I need, and their town halls are always very informative. I highly recommend it. It makes running an Airbnb so much easier.

Brilliant program. The automation has made our work load so much less than if we were doing it manually. We run two Airbnb properties and the setup took a little time but was absolutely worth it.

I've been using Hospitable service for half a year now, and it's been almost everything I hoped for, plus some unexpected perks. The desktop UI/UX is awesome but the mobile app.... not so much! The chat window is a real pain point. I believe many of us users feel that not just me.
Their town hall meetings are a highlight for me as I’ve attended almost every time since I signed up. I’ve been attending town halls so regularly that I can remember folks like Miles, Andrew, Emily, and last but not least, the funny PC! Besides that, the customer service staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful. You can feel the positive company culture through them. And the cherry on top? They’re integrating with Agoda soon!!!! Something I’ve been hoping for day and night. Also, even the unexpected AI integrations have been a game-changer, saving us a ton of time!
Now, the downside. Customer service can be slow... 95% of the time, you’re waiting longer than you’d like. Faster responses mean paying for an upgrade. In my opinion, live chat should be free for all users. It’s a basic service that should be available anytime, anywhere. If they fix this, Hospitable will be second to none imo.
One more thing... owner statement is another feature I need the most, and I'm happy to see them rolling it out in a month. It was the main issue when I first switched from Uplisting.
I would like to give 4.5 stars, but Trustpilot doesn’t allow half-stars, so it’s 4 stars for now. Wish them all the best and keep up the good work!

A million times yes!! We were with Guesty for years, also tried other more complicated platforms.Hospitable is very user friendly, easy on the eyes, and so helpful. Lots of great features but best of all, not one double booking or calendar issue since we started with them! We are lifetime users.

As a new host, it is overwhelming to deal with routine guest correspondence, revenue tracking, and the fear of double bookings. Hospitable takes the wheel and frees up my time and relieves me of worries by automating messages, preventing double bookings, and so much more.

Highly unethical.
They had a price change for new customers last year. My credit card wasnt working and I wasnt able to update it, my subscription stopped which is understandable. That was on a saturday, when on the Sunday I was able to update my credit card again, they did allow me but the subscription price increased with more than 15%, I contacted Hospitable and they didnt do anything about it. They said its a new subscription and stuck to it.
I then heard similar stories in Facebook groups from owner hosts that Hospitable had suddenly massively increased their rate.
It was wrong, and feel being treated wrongly especially as I am not in control of the situation in any way and they took advantage. While reaching out for sure, I was expecting courteous decency and that was completely lacking.
Not only did I not like the unannounced unexpected price hike, the way they handled the situation made me feel very unsupported and created distrust towards Hospitable. And when I read similar situations from other hosts I knew it was time to find another solution.
Hospitable is a forward thinking, always improving, innovative charm. The entire company is a host-centric delight to work with and the software solution is highly effective at allowing hosts to pamper their guests without the drudgery of repetitive tasks. Recommended to all short term rental hosts and managers.
