Perfect for tourists and foreigners in Istanbul (as I am). This is the 4th dental clinic in Istanbul I went to (one was too expensive, one closed, the other one was fishy) and finally found the one where I'll stay. From the very first contact, up until some post-treatment adjustments I wanted, they have been focused on service and being helpful and not on maximizing the money they can make - that's a dentist you call trustworthy.

I needed a molar extraction with immediate German implant and tooth placement 4 months later. I had specialists for each step of that process and was always in the most capable hands. All of it was around EUR. Checkups, pre-surgery x-ray and consultation was all free, as were later adjustments. One of the key selling points for me was their price transparency. I asked for the price and they readily told me beforehand and didn't change it later on.

They have German and English translators on-site and on WhatsApp (more languages as well), that are very friendly, helpful, communication was flawless throughout the entire stay. As a foreigner I never felt lost.

I've recommended this place to a few people already and will continue to do so. Also just to clarify: I wasn't paid for this review, nor do I get any discount for it

I have advised that hospital for some of my colleagues and they are now really satisfied with everything they deserve more than right now

I have never been a place where I can feel as ıf my house out side of my own town you all really seen by a dentist who is in here if you have dental problem

I was never smiling like a normal guy and I decided to do some changes !i searched on the internet for a clinic in turkey and found Hospitadent. I send them a message,after some minutes Mister Sinan(my Agent and now I can call him A VERY GOOD FRIEND) already text me back and we talk about my problem.he explained me what to do when and where .after some days I was already in the airplane to change my life (my life is changed for real after this experience).and I said ok,let’s do this .1 week later I was sitting already in Istanbul.OMG I was soooo scared🤯 .there was some people already who waited to pick me up (transfer from the airport to the hotel) and they drive me to my hotel .about hotel?damn i love it 😍 .I arrived in Istanbul on Saturday and my first visit was on Monday.on Monday my personal driver was already waited for downstairs and took me to the Clinic.as I arrived there,I was still scared to go inside (I’m afraid of the dentist like every other people),then Mister Sinan came to me .He spoke with me,he tried to make me feel better (we need more this kind of people)he gave me time to cool down a little bit because I was so scared (don’t forget,I am 28 years old and I am a big boy ,a very big boy😅)as we entered the Clinic 😍😍😍 as I meet the people at the reception,when I saw how clean and such a good mood was there inside,I was completely shocked .then he said to me ,,Miss Esra will be here in a minute “.First time when I saw Doctor Esra,I was a little bit worried,I thought she’s just the Assistant because the way she looks..but I said ,no problem,she’s gonna do the X-ray and then the real Doctor it’s gonna take care of me (I thought the real Doctor it’s like 50 years old men ,just like in the movies 🤭😅)…Doctor Esra said ,,Take a sit and let’s have a look(of course after some time because She realised how scared I was)…OMG guys ,after she first touched me I had that feeling,,ok,she’s not just a Assistant “…She was sooo smooth ,so nice/gently/cool with me…She made me feel happy to be there and that’s very important for all of us or at least for me…we did the first check and the X-ray on Monday that’s all…Mr Sinan was all the time behind me,helping me out with the language and because he said he will never let me alone…but Doctor Esra can speak English as well …after we done,my driver was already waited for me 🤯 to get me back to the hotel…the next day ,same story…driver picked me up and took me to the clinic…there was already Mister Sinan and Doctor Esra waited for me…I already had that feeling,,I’m in the good hands “so I wasn’t afraid anymore and walked in like a big boy 😌…and then I said to myself,,where is the Old Doctor”?!haha..let’s take a break so you guys can understand who Doctor Esra is…Doctor Esra is a very good looking Woman,She’s very kind/ different/ warm person…if she see that you are scared,she can be your Doctor/Best friend/Girlfriend/boyfriend/Sister/mother (call her however you want) just to make you feel better…and she’s THE HEAD DOCTOR 😍….now let’s get back …she toons me upstairs and show around and the people who’s also gonna take care of me and we’ve got started …we had so much fun together,we spoke about a lot of things,we laughed together …I had that feeling that I know this people for years…and all that after only 2 day’s,let’s say 5 hours at the Clinic…on Tuesday I already had permanently teeth so i can walk in Istanbul and smile 😊 (of course eat too) …let’s skip to the last 2 days ..on Friday was my new teeth already done (Zirconium Crown )and I was arrived at the clinic to try them on …guy’s,I just can’t explain that feeling inside my heard ,I almost cried and I don’t cry that oft (only in the very special circumstances)…I looked myself in the mirror and just can’t believe what A DIFFERENCES 😍😍😍 omg I was completely another guy…my teeth was perfect looking,BUT Doctor Esra saw there something and she said,,NO NO,WE ARE TAKING 2 CROWNS BACK AT THE LABO” and I said ,,but why?its feels and look nice “ and da said ,,IT MUSST BE PERFECT “ …how many times did you heard something like that from your Dentist?😅….I was a little bit sad because I didn’t want to let me new teeth go but I also was happy to see this people one more time before I go…they already told me,we will try to give your new teeth on Friday but if there’s something to change then we will fix them on Monday…it was Friday and we were almost done with my new teet.Mister Sinan told me what should I visit there so it won’t be boring.on Monday I had my new perfect teeth done.I want to say ,it’s not about the pain at the dentist,it’s all about the dentist..I had the best experience in my life there ..almost like a vacation (all inclusive).Hi,I’m Lau,28 from Germany and my life changed in Istanbul.Thanks Hospitadenta and mister Sinan and especially THANKS DOC ESRA🌹 PS doc Esra loves Flowers 🤭 10/10

The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentists, periodontists, assistants of doctors was very nice and informative. They provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!

I came to Hospitadent to get my smile back. I had some bad memories with dentists, but not here. Everyone was gentle, nice and patient with me. All of my questions and doubts were answered that I wasnt scared anymore. They helped me with everything, starting with transport and accommodation and finishing with some nice places to visit during my free time. That's my first positive memories with dentists and now I can smile again without shame. Thank you so much!!

From the beginning to the end dear Jasmin helped us with everything. I organised a surprise visit for my husband in the clinic in Istanbul. Jasmin was helpful and very fast with replying. Because I first had to travel to Morocco and after that to Turkey I had to arrange a lot. But thank God Jasmine helped with everything. I am so grateful that she helped me with arranging everything. The clinic and the doctor where also great.

I have a great experience in Hospitadent Alanya. My dentist name is Dr Serranur. I had dental stone cleaning and polishing done.Now i have a wonderful and white teeth. Her colleagues are so kind. I recommend all my family and my friends.

I recently visited the Hospitadent pendik dental clinic and was pleasantly surprised by their high professionalism, attentive attitude to patients and the quality of services provided. The dentist carefully explained all the steps of the procedure, and the treatment itself was painless and comfortable. And Zülal interpreter answered all my questions, translated professionally in Russian and was very nice to talk to. An excellent choice for those who appreciate their health care and quality service.

I had an appointment for a follow-up checkup of a chipped tooth that was corrected in November, followed by a dental cleaning. From the appointment, to the reception and the very good and professional treatment, everything worked great again. During my next stay in Istanbul, I will definitely make an appointment again for a check-up and teeth cleaning. Many thanks to Dr. Derya Yakupoglu, her team and the interpreter Sultan.

I loved their availability and the fact that you re helped all along the journey to make things easy for you ( special mention for Zeynep, the french interpreter (so sweet and so kind. She gave from her personal time to help us in a difficult and situation we faced during the trip and that had nothing to do with the clinic. Even though it wasn t her job she gave us support in that vulnerable time). I discovered the clinic as my mum was one of their client too years ago and she was very satisfied too. From the care to the treatment plan, everything was perfect and the apprehension I had was quickly dispelled by the kindness of the people who took care of me. Moreover, my interpreter Zynep has greatly contributed to my confidence by showing great empathy while informing me during the whole process of care.

Its was excellent experience the doctor was very good i didnt feel any painand he show me everything he did, the prices was great and by a computer system and show the prices in tl , usd and euro , the translators was very helpful and there are try there best to make your experience perfect.

I got my implant done at hospident MECIDIYEKOY
it was good but it was pricey and expensive but the hospital is very clean and they have updated equipments so i decided to pay extra assuming to get the best service and it was good experience do the implant at hospident this part no problem and they give me warranty
when it comes to the prosthesis (crowns) they are very cheap and poor experience they did it three times and still no good
First they did and it was fitting lose so they did another one second one was much better but it was mechanicaly in correct and it keeps moving and falling out my mouth talking about the upper teeth so I decided to go back to them specially my warranty Was Still good so they did it again at zero cost but cheap quality of porcelain
compare to the lower crowns and I still not comfortable with it
and now i will have to go somewhere else to do it again and spend more money
The funny part is another doctor came at the end after they glue the crowns and they suppose to polish the lower crowns to match the upper one it's one year old so color is bit darker so ( Dr.Tor) side there's nothing can be done you can only use toothpaste I said really is like I never been in dentist office and I left them and I went to another place and they spend more than 45 minutes just to adjust the crowns and polished it and I expect the crowns to be crak soon because my biting is not write and im keep biting my lower lip while am eating its so painful put in your mind every time you go there you have to travel with air fare and hotel cost
This was my experience with hospident since 2019 so I won't recommend to anyone
It will be great place if they focus more on the prosthesis and the finishing the job the write way specially there's nothing more than dental clinics in turkey right now

Having had a history of dental work in several countries my treatment with Hospitadent made a difference to my experience in dental care. From the consultation to the final fitting which lasted several days I felt to be under the care of professionals. The translator that accompanied me throughout the treatment made a difference to my knowledge of the process and hugely helped to iron out problems that developed. Overall the treatment I had resulted in a better experience than before and am pleased with the work done.
