This is the worst host you can ever use. It is trash just as it is cheap.
I paid for a service and its been over 2 week I just keep experiencing different problems everyday and their customer service takes ages to respond to a simple message.
Till now my website doesnt work, no reply, no refund.
DONT PATRONIZE THEM FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
I purcharsed a dedicated server but less than 24 hours after the payment, I wanted to cancel it (I had a good reason). They said they don't offer refund. I so said ok, can you cancel the server but keep the money on my account balance, in case I would want to use it in future, it's better than having an unused dedicated server. As I am no longer planning to use their dedicated server. The support stopped to answer. So I have to find what to do with this server now, else it's kinda like I loose 160$.
Edit: Howevr, I have to admit the server is really good in performance.
