The ssl stops working sometimes for no reason, the mail stops working for no reason, then have to contact customer support, takes more then 5 days to get any help.
I sugest to get a better hosting then Hostdepartment.com, its not worth the trouble.
I have had my account suspended twice for non payment when the payment was made well before the due date. Both times I have had to send payment confirmation even though their own system showed paid. Both times there was no notice prior to suspension and both times the response was the system experienced a bug. When they work they work but their systems are buggy.
