Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. If you have an issue with their servers and something not working as intended from their side you will get zero help from customer service. Their softalicious installer does not work properly, if you set PHP version in their control panel it doesn't change. Multitude of necessary components to install any cms are missing. Customer service only clicks buttons for standardized replies. Not a hosting provider you can rely on.

Slow, but good value for money

I ordered their shared hosting package for $3.99 for around 1 year of validity, and honestly it's pretty much the best you can get for the price. The support can be slow at times, but they get the job done. And my websites take a really long time to load outside the US, sometimes even taking up to 20 seconds to load a simple static webpage. Overall, it's good for the money, but I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere if you value your customer's experience, as the slow loading times can drive away customers.

Good support

Good support, although instability problems have made me decide to not continue. If you're looking for a cheap hosting while not having a too complicated website, this is recommendable.

Not much to say

Not much to say, budget Web hosting. Really low prices are very important to me. Haven't had any outages or technical issues so far. Support replied fairly quickly to my questions as well. Positive experience overall!
