Wake up with your account suspended

Don't use this service if you have an important account with you, we just noticed our account was suspended because spam, but we have never sent any spam email, we have more than 24 hours awating for a solution and nobody answer, we contact through their chat online and the agent told us that don't contact them throught this way for this issue, only through the ticket which has more than 24 hours without an answer.
We have our page paying in google ads a consider amount to get customers all this money was wasted.
We have our customers leads system online with this hosting and we are now stock.
This is a very important account and they just suspended the account with any reason, we don't know if was something out of our control since now existing a lot of unscrupulous that find the way to use the resources of other people to send email or any other stuff, but they should contact us an find a solution with us, even we are agree to suspend the email servers, but not just suspend all account, PLEASE BE SERIOUS.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT SITE.

We never received any email or advice that the account was going to be suspended, since you are doing right you never think you are going to be suspended, if the advice was at the internal control panel, you are never be inside the client area all time, just when need it.

thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you faced such an issue.

After reviewing your situation, I see that your account had an abuse ticket for spamming. Once the ticket was opened, you received an email about that.

After that, we didn't receive any response from you, and after 24 hours passed, the package was suspended. Thi sis how our abuse system works and nothing has changed with that and we have this policy regarding spam case for a long time. You can read about it here:

The abuse team works specific time, and once you receive an email about the abuse case, you should as quickly as possible provide an answer. For spam cases, we give 24 hours since we have clients from all around the world, and this time limit is enough to react on time and avoid suspension.

I want to mention that there was a reason and you were informed about that by email. Due to a violation of our ToS, we opened the abuse ticket and informed by email. Spam cases are checked very strictly because for shared servers, the blacklisted IP address will cause an issue for all the clients and that's why we need to react immediately once we see that spam activity.

In the ticket, you should see the evidence of that activity, so it cannot be named as not a reason for suspending the package.

Excellent Service response

I had issues with my web files which I didn't upload properly. Within 3 minutes of explanation to Hostens admin called Michail, he pointed me to the issue and was resolved in one click. Hostens also have the best price per service delivery in cPanel, hosting, security and domains. I've been using them for 3 years and I'm satisfied. Thanks always.

Best Support Ever.
