There is a package for every kind of client, excellent pricing with the latest sales. Just a touch slower on load times compared to my longtime host, but at a fraction of the price with a lot more disk space. Perfect for my needs for my Porsche enthusiast website I am currently developing.

This site trying to force you to pay taxes. The system automatically detects you in the European Union,high hidden fees from United States IP. When changing the taxes, they deduct them, but the order was immediately marked as fraudulent when the payment was made through PayPal. Their sales response was that I had to deactivate my VPN, which I refused because they are not an authority or the payment processor to violate my privacy. So easy to verify where my PayPal account is from to verify that I am not "evading" their taxes. Rude and Poor pre-sale service. Want to charge almost 5 euros in additional taxes,they do not warn about this in any published offer or on their website.

very nice service. reliable, fast, minimum downtime

Crypto payment was my only option since i dont have a card at the moment. The process was so effortless and intuitive. Made a mistake at first selecting the wrong network. Wrote to support and they worked it out immediately. Second attempt was pretty smooth.

I purchased a shared hosting package with email services from HostFactor.eu for a one-year subscription. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing:

1. Technical Issues: After activating the service, I encountered problems receiving emails from certain senders. Despite contacting support, I was told that there were no issues on their end, without offering a concrete solution.

2. Lack of compliance with EU Directive: I requested cancellation of the service and a refund, citing the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. HostFactor.eu refused it, claiming that I had "agreed to start the service before the 14-day period expired." Even they never asked for my explicit consent to start the service early, as required by the Directive, they did not offer any proportional refund for the unused days. Additionally, I was not properly informed about my withdrawal rights, which is another violation of the Directive.

3. Unfair behavior: After attempting to resolve the situation reasonably, HostFactor.eu closed my account without notice after only 9 days of service. This behavior feels like retaliation for trying to assert my rights.

In summary, HostFactor.eu not only failed to address the technical issues but also handled the situation in an unprofessional and unfair manner, violating EU consumer protection laws. I strongly discourage anyone from using this service if you're looking for reliable hosting and serious customer support.

First of all your hosting is for limited access area which means you should not advertise on outside of your perimeter (according to your security 😂). But thanks for that, I missed the bullet. By the way your live chat agent is dead no one is responding.

I still find out if this is any good. so far it seems good.
