Think about it...
I switched to their reseller 25 package some time ago and initially some problems related to the server configuration appeared. Some sites did not work or had problems. In the first months there was a loss of data from an e-commerce site and they apologized for not having backup done (be careful, this is a very serious thing)?! Continuous downtime on the servers even if acceptable. The biggest problem arose when I wanted to use a simple version of opencart 3 which their server returned error pages. I contacted the assistance and the response as always was that the problem was the site but not the server. Subsequently, to clear up any doubts, I tried the same site both on xaamp and on another online server and everything worked perfectly. I pointed this out to them but I never received a response. So I decided to migrate to another provider and I sent a ticket to them that the problems I encountered were due to their server and not to the sites and that I proceeded to move the few sites (5) to another server. Obviously I requested the cancellation of the service when the payment expired. What did they do? They deleted the server and closed my account. Luckily I saved everything together with the screenshots of the tickets. It's a shame that complaints are not accepted and if there are problems it's always the sites' fault and never the server's.
The only positive thing is the monthly price.

Unjustified threats of suspension of Reseller account
Not a host to trust.
I was happy with the service and the price is incredibly low. Unfortunately this host is not one I can recommend. They suspend accounts without checking logs and will threaten you without justification. Imagine providing hosting to your customers through their reseller program only to have them suspend all your customer accounts because spam was received - NOT SENT.
Check your logs hostfactor.eu before issuing threats and at least rescind the threats after a customer has shown they were not at fault.

On 05/01/2023 06:03 you ordered cPanel Reseller #50 from us using TESTIT coupon in order to get reseller package 1 month free (Order Number: 2279193856). On 09/01/2023 00:34 YOU did a cancelation request through our portal, it was YOUR CHOICE to cancel your service (which was FREE for use). Later, on 30/01/2023 22:31 you did another order (Order Number: 7635556713) trying to get again FREE service which is not possible as we talked in your oppened ticket (Ticket ID: #084722). After we told you that this is not possible you start threaten with bad reviews all over internet (Ticket ID: #472207).
Your words from ticket: "Enjoy reviews", "Fair enough I've done bad review Facebook and trust pilot".
Also, just to prove that is nothing wrong in our behaviour we have created TRUSTPILOT cupon (1 month free, no payment required) for all our shared and reseller services.

Affordable and Fast Support Hosting
If you're looking for an affordable hosting, simply click hostfactor.eu. Their pricing are among the cheapest. I've been utilizing their cpanel reseller plan for about 4 months now and satisfied enough.
On the good side:
- Affordable pricing
- Fast ticket support + Responsive Chat support (I love u Kari :P)
- Average uptime 99.5+ so far, got some hiccups on Nov, but nothing major.
- They got free trial & nice LTD.
Some downside:
- Quite low LVE limit on the shared host. If you app need more resources, get a vps instead.
- No choices of server location for my plan, only DE server.
- They didn't whitelabel their reseller's server, like some other resellers hosting. I wish they will consider to make their server hostname whitelabeled in the future.
